By accessing or using Flowly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Flowly is a productivity workspace that provides task management, time tracking, project organization, analytics, and related features. The Service is available via web browser and may be offered as a free or paid subscription.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: reverse engineering, interfering with other users, uploading malicious content, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Paid features require a subscription. Prices are listed on our Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Flowly and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Flowly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
