How it works

A goal like grow my business is a wish, not a plan, because nothing about it tells you what to do on Monday. This template walks a goal through the SMART framework one criterion at a time: making it Specific, attaching a Measurable number, pressure-testing whether it is Achievable, checking it is Relevant to what you actually want, and giving it a Time-bound deadline. Then it breaks the goal into milestones and sets a recurring check-in so progress stays visible. Apply it per goal and turn intentions into something you can track.
